Janelle and Dareian perform an African Jazz piece by Sean Cheesman

I have been super interested to see Janelle perform. As a belly dancer, I was shocked to see that she had such well developed body lines. I loved the tribal essence to the choreography and really enjoyed watching the two of them perform together. It was an interesting piece filled with unexpected partnering moments. My only complaint was that they both lost the edgy tribal quality to their performance towards the end and just got smiley. Otherwise, it was a stellar performance filed with energy, technique and syncopated nuances.
